1. Services
Kroto provides tools to create how-to videos and guides quickly. Our services include recording processes and converting them into professional videos and step-by-step guides.
2. Account Creation
To use our services, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. While you cannot delete your account directly, you may request account deletion, which we will handle from the backend.
3. Subscription and Payment
Our services are available through subscription plans:
- Start Free: Includes 5 credits and basic features.
- Essential: $40/month for 25 credits/month and additional features.
- Premium: $100/month for 150 credits/month, including all features and export options.
Payments are processed through Stripe.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Misuse of the service
- Uploading or sharing illegal or harmful content
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
5. Data Privacy and Security
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
6. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal or harmful activities. Upon termination, your data may be deleted, and you will lose access to your account.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kroto is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the services in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated through our website or via email. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
